Zhangpu County Cultural and Sports Center Stadium Project is located in Zhangpu County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. It is close to Chaoyang Avenue with a total construction area of 26,800 square meters and 15,000 seats. After completion, it will become the landmark building of the Zhangpu People's Fitness Activity Center and Zhangpu County to meet the needs of mass sports, fitness, culture, leisure and entertainment, and promote the development of cultural and sports undertakings in Zhangpu County.
Roof membrane structure engineering
The membrane structure of this project consists of a roof ETFE transparent membrane structure and a lower PTFE ceiling membrane structure, with a total construction area of about 20,000 square meters, the highest construction height of ETFE membrane is about 42.2m, and the highest construction height of PTFE membrane is 38m. The ETFE membrane is constructed by setting the connecting lugs, ribs and connectors as a fixed base on the main body of the steel structure, and the construction mode of stretching the membrane structure is arranged with a galvanized steel wire rope in the middle to carry out the expansion of the membrane structure, and the PTFE carries out the expansion of the membrane structure by setting up a ceiling connecting short column, a ceiling frame beam and a reinforced rib on the main body of the steel structure as a fixed base, and a galvanized steel wire rope is arranged in the middle to carry out the membrane structure tensioning. Among them, the PTFE structure is about 10,000 square meters, and the ETFE structure is about 9,000 square meters. The total unfolded area is 19,000 square meters.
